Over the last 15 years CADceptual Design has migrated through traditional contracting to build a flexible and multi-disciplined consultancy, however contracting remain central to our continued growth enabling us to remain cost-effective by bringing in the particular skill sets or business to provide the end solution to our clients.
The strong links and working relationships we have forged with specialists, both individuals and businesses, throughout our contracting work has enabled us to form a flexible network that enables us to fill capability shortfalls and resource those peaks in demand, both ‘in-house’ and on our clients site, whilst keeping our overheads to a minimum.
To this end CADceptual Design are committed to supporting our network, and this section aims to supply both Technical Information to support their daily activities, and access to our Business Links, to support the smooth running and health of their own business.
We have also developed a Referral Scheme designed to reward members of our network who cannot fulfill one of our Vacancies, but could refer a suitable candidate, or recommend our business directly to a company, or inform us of a vacancy which we can pursue.
