1. Terms and Conditions of CADceptual Design Ltd.

In the absence of a specific mutually agreed contract between CADceptual Design Ltd and a client company the following terms and conditions will apply to any proposals, contracts, agreements or undertaking entered into between CADceptual Design Ltd and the Client company.

Purchase order / Letter of Intent

Before commencement of any services CADceptual Design Ltd requires a purchase order or letter of intent from the client company to cover the scope of the undertaking, which will be subject to our terms and conditions and our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Contracts, design work, or undertaking rescheduled, delayed or cancelled within 28 days of the agreed start date will be charged at full rate, or subject to charge based on the loss earning, or cost incurred related to the cancellation

Payment terms

Unless a payment period has been mutually agreed between CADceptual Design Ltd and the client company, all invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt.

CADceptual Design Ltd reserves the right, under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act, to charge interest at the base rate plus 8%, from the first day after the payment period has elapsed.

Expenses

CADceptual Design Ltd retains the right to charge reasonable expenses when carrying out work for a client, should those expenses be incurred outside of the remit of the current undertaking either stated or implied.

Passing of property

CADceptual Design Ltd has the right to retain goods or any property in part or full, arisen from any undertaking, from the Client until CADceptual has received payment in full, including any charges for that undertaking.

2. Legal

From accessing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk, and CADceptual Design Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any problems in part or full, directly or indirectly, to the user, including any injury, or without limitation any cost, loss of revenue or lost profits, or damage to their equipment or property, that may result from the use of this site, even if CADceptual Design Ltd have been advised of the possibility of any such damages occurring.
